House Rules
NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Do not enter bedrooms other than your assigned bedroom unless invited in by the other tenant. Keep common areas (shared bathroom, living room, kitchen) CLEAN. Do NOT leave personal items in common areas. Please treat the house as if it was your own. We expect our tenants to take pride in the house and keep it clean and presentable as if it was their own. Please respect your fellow students and keep loud noise and music to a minimum. Remember, everyone is studying, rotating and trying to get rest in between! The house is located in a family neighborhood with neighbors on either side so we request no loud noises after 10 PM. Please turn off lights before leaving the house to save on energy costs.
